Even though Rugby World Cup is just round the corner, the organizers are having a hard time in selling the tickets. With 1, 70,000 tickets still to be sold, the Rugby World Cup organizers are pretty sure that they will meet their targets.
According to reports, Rugby NZ 2011 chief executive Martin Snedden was expecting to reach the target of $268.5 m but the unexpected happened. The Rugby world cup organizers also thought that $25m-worth tickets will be left before the world cup kicked off from 9th September.
As of now, only $8.5m-worth tickets have only been sold. But slowly the stress of meeting the targets is faltering as last week &4.2 million worth tickets got sold.
Let's hope the job gets completed on time!
